Will definitely not stop again there.

It feels like sprinkles are the default on almost everything, and plain glazed options are often unavailable when I go in. I’m not sure what’s going on in the donut availability department, but it does take away from the experience a bit. Great for the kids, but if I’m spending $17 for a dozen and they’re all sprinkles … 🤮 If the donut variety and availability were a little more consistent, this place would easily be a 5-star stop for all of us. 🥹🫶

My husband and I only use the drive-thru, and he still goes out of his way to make us feel special. He remembered who we are, which you just don’t see often anymore. He’s even surprised us with extra Munchkins from time to time, and once happily remade our coffee when we ordered the wrong thing. That level of care and attitude is rare. Every time we come through, the service is fast, friendly, and consistent. You can tell the team takes pride in what they do, and that starts with Craig’s leadership. This is easily the best Dunkin’ we’ve been to. Highly recommend this location in Alachua.
