I ordered 85 dollars in take out and advised the person that answered the phone I would not get there until 830 and NOT to make my order at 7:19 when I called. What did they do? They made the food that sat and continued to cook inside the plastic containers the food came in making it all over cooked. Even the grated cheese was melted in the little cup. Then theres the stale bread that I asked and paid for extra yet I didnt get any. The guy even reassured me he would be packing my order and will take care of me. We'll thanks for that. Very disappointed after being a long time customer I guess ill rethink ordering from Mrs Robinos since they can't follow simple directions.

This place is a gem located in the heart of Delaware's Little Italy! The authenticity of the delicious food and wine ( All Homemade pastas and sauce), customer service and at home environment is well worth your time and experience. Mrs. Robino is a sweet soul and its a bonus if you ever get a chance to meet her.

A lovely classic style Italian restaurant. This family owned restaurant will make you feel at home. Their food is delightful, the staff is very kind and the place is charming. We had a great experience! Pictured is Mother’s Day lobster ravioli which was a real treat

Okay let’s start this with what I did wrong. Accountability is key, I called for take out on Mother’s Day, I called back to change my order because I messed up. Now where did they go wrong, the past several times I have been to Robino’s the front staff has been absolutely rude. I called in and asked if they were taking to go orders, immediately I was met with “well, yea but it’s gonna be a while we are very busy like 30 minutes it’s gonna take a while” (in a very irritated and sassy tone.) I proceeded with my order, he had an attitude the entire time. About 5 minutes later I repeated the order to my husband who informed me I ordered him the wrong meal. So I called back and explained to the man I messed up, he legit said to me “OH MY GOD, what do you want” first of all rude. Second of all I apologized 1 million times when I really shouldn’t have. Needless to say the man who answered the phone made me, a paying customer, feel like an absolute burden. My husband who over heard was ready to say forget it and get McDonald’s. Now, the boy who gave me my to go and paid me out saved my mood. He was so kind and cashed me out quick. Shout out to him. I love Robino’s we use to come here for birthdays and events frequently. It truly is one of my comfort food places. However, their staff in the past couple of years 0/10. Truthfully hope things change, til then I guess I’ll just be chastised while trying to get a good meal.

We have always loves Mrs Robinos but after our last visit, we won't be back. Its was Crab night. I got the crab cake which was large but had no flavor at all. Very bland. The sauce on the side spaghetti tasted burned. My husband got the sausage and peppers and he said his sauce also tasted like it was burned. We were there a few months ago with friends and we had similar experience with food quality but we thought it was a fluke and came back again. I hope they get their quality back. It would be a shame. Plus side the sangria is always good.
