  I ordered the Strawberries Wild smoothie for pickup via the DoorDash app. When I got there, for some reason they apparently did not receive the order. Showed them the order on the app (had the right location and everything), but they said they did not receive anything. The employee was kind enough to make the smoothie for me regardless, since I had already paid for it. Not sure what happened, but the employee was great and the smoothie was too! 👍

  TRASH! They do not honor the hours posted online. Came in on a Thursday at 8:30 they said they were closed. Came in tonight Sunday 3/8 at 7:30 for them to YELL at me they are closed. Sitting on their phones, eating. I asked why they don’t honor the hours they proceeded to say that it does not matter they are closed it’s a weekend. Calling corporate in the am ✨

  Just another bad review for a store that probably shouldn’t even be operating at this point. Chris, who works on weekends and is usually unpleasant anyway, decided to freestyle my smoothie this evening. He put banana in a smoothie without that listed as an ingredient. The problem is I’m allergic to bananas, and if it weren’t for MY awareness of what the smoothie should smell/taste like, I could have died. Chris refused to give me his name after bringing this matter to his attention, and I had to get his name from another employee. I also was not issued a refund which I find despicable. Unless you’re trying to end your life via allergic reaction, don’t go here. Jamba Juice itself isn’t the problem, but this location isn’t worth it. Edited 1 week later: after the promise of a refund and a call back from upper management within 72 hours last Tuesday, I have yet to receive either. Thankfully the Christiana Mall location is much more respectful and accurate with their service.

  Awful service. I use to love coming in here and getting drinks but now it's so unpleasant. The staff always seems annoyed or upset working there. They look like they are always out of things. When you ask if they have something, their response is "I don't know I think we are out?" In stead of asking or going to verify. The environment just seems so negative and uninviting. The first time I gave the benefit of the doubt of them having a ruff day but this is a consistent behavior.
