  Overall food is good but the service is poor. We had to tell the staff multiple times to place an order. Would not go again!

  The food is good, but the service is definitely lacking. I don't really like their new scan and pay via phone system. There aren't really any dedicated servers, just people who bring out your food for you. We ordered 4 items and got 3 of them promptly, but then waited 40 min for the last item. Our plates were already clean by then. I understand the kitchen was slammed, but due to not having a dedicated waiter we were never sure of the status of our food. I had to check in with the staff multiple times. It wasn't just us multiple tables had issues and delays. I might just stick to take out in the future.

  We did a dine in at this restaurant for my bday !! Obviously wrong choice. The service was horrible. Dint even get two of our items and upon asking were told it was served accidentally to a different table. Our table cleaning, getting us water , plates everything was late and were charged 25$ tax service fee for something you can term as “not a service” for sure. The food was not tasty , we were not even checked upon atleast once if we needed anything!! Wouldnt recommend dine in at all!

  I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. We placed our order by scanning the menu and made the payment upfront, which should have made the process smooth. We waited around 30 minutes just for simple items like samosa, vada pav, and tokeri chaat, with absolutely no update or attention from the staff. Eventually, we had to walk up to the counter ourselves, only to be told that they hadn’t even received our order. After showing the email payment confirmation, they finally acknowledged it and started preparing the food. We then had to wait another 20 minutes. Unfortunately, after such a long delay, the food itself was just average and not worth the wait. The service was extremely poor throughout. There was a large bottled water available, but no cups were provided. We requested water cups multiple times, but the staff completely ignored us. Overall, it was a frustrating experience—long wait times, lack of coordination, inattentive staff, and mediocre food. Definitely not worth the time or money. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

  The 1 star is just for the Veg Fried Rice with Machurian which basically a scam. I have had Honest's Veg Fried Rice with Machurian before and they served the Fried rice with atleast 4 full machurian balls properly cooked with veggies and sauted in Machurian gravy in a different chain . This chain served the fried rice with 2 Machurian balls cut in 3 and looking at it it doesn't even have veggies in it, it's just fried dough balls without the gravy. The rice was also undercooked sauted with green peppers and onions. Do NOT order any indo-chineese dish that serve machurian balls in the same dish here.
