- DDDeidraAug 15, 20261.0I only been here 2x I work near this Dunkin but I don’t live in this area. I been to so many Dunkin’s but this is by far the worst I have ever been to. Both times I visited here my food was either missing or bad overall. I ordered a dunkalatte and a croissant this morning. Pretty simple and is my go to. It tasted so bad the coffee was old tasting no flavor just disgusting and the sandwich was cold and old. I was so disappointed because I couldn’t go back and honestly I didn’t want too. Please save your time and money and go to another one if you can.

I sat in line for over 10 minutes with 4 cars in front of me. I placed the order for the DT because I have a broken ankle and it’s hard to get in and out of the car. I finally got to the window and the man handed me the wrong order. I told him my name and that I had a mobile order. He stepped back, turned around in a circle, then walked to the pickup stand to get my food. I said I also had a coffee, and he proceeded to stare at the receipt for 30 seconds and then walked off to make my coffee. When he finally came back, they hadn’t put the cold foam that I paid for. Finally came back with the bare minimum of cold foam. Food was cold and the coffee sucked. Tasted like it had been sitting for a week and they barely put any syrup in. There is a reason I don’t go to this Dunkin but I had to drop my dog off at the vet and this is the only one that’s convenient to get in to on the way to work. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Three straight times on the drive through, a young man was talking on an ear apparatus and charged me full cost, delivered half the order, and minutes later screamed "what are you waiting for"?...when I politely stated a chocolate donut, he threw one into a bag and tossed it at me....rude beyond belief. Not coming here anymore, this place has really fallen off...

I believe that they do not know how to make lattes so just serve your drink with hot coffee instead of espresso, despite taking your money for a latte. This has happend both times I've been there, an employee either doesn't know how to make drinks or they are blatantly stealing from customers.
