- HGHershey GothamJun 2, 20262.0I visited this location this morning, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The manager was extremely rude and appeared to be yelling at employees, telling them they "better not talk back." It came across as an abuse of authority and created a very uncomfortable environment. The manager was also rude to customers. One customer voiced concerns about the manager's comments, and the manager responded by telling her not to come back and to go to another Dunkin' down the street. She then loudly announced that if anyone didn't like the service, they could leave. The employees themselves were polite and helpful, but they seemed visibly uncomfortable. I was unable to get the manager's name, but she appeared to be a younger manager. I believe additional customer service and leadership training would be beneficial. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as the behavior I witnessed was unprofessional and negatively impacted both employees and customers.

There was one gentleman making drinks in the back, two employees arguing, and the two ladies working the front counter seemed unsure of where to go. Overall, the vibe here isnt great and I dont recommend.
