The person making it says okay … big tall darkskin boul with dreads screams from the register no you cant do that, he turns to who I assume is the manager and ask , she says “well they said tell the customer yes now”.. he says “well ig the customer is always right”, “its whatever the customer says” and walks off from the register… was the situation everr that deep? whether you agree with management or not who acts like that IN A CUSTOMERS FACE! I didnt even want the food nomore he irritated me so bad. If you hate customer interactions get another career! But the person making our food was super nice & tried to rectify the situation somewhat.

Glenda threw our original order in the trash after we raised concerns about the portion sizes, then refused to remake the food. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, she was rude, dismissive, and condescending throughout the entire interaction. What made it even more frustrating is that this wasn’t a small order — I was purchasing food for more than 20 people. As a customer spending that kind of money, I expected professionalism and basic respect. I’ve always supported Chipotle, but after the way we were treated today, I honestly don’t see myself returning or recommending anyone to the 202 location. #Chipotle #CustomerService #Disappointed #DoBetter
