- SFSamantha FloresAug 13, 20262.0In general, the food tastes good, but the reason I’m giving two stars is that the portions keep getting smaller; they are supposed to use ladles and spoons to measure what they server, one example is, for my burrito bowl with the Queso (which costs extra), I’ve been given barely a quarter of a ladleful, and it’s the same story with everything else, except the lettuce. As paying customers, we deserve satisfaction with our meals, I have to pay an extra $1.50 if I want my salsa on the side (not an extra side), if we are going to pay for every single topping in urs meal, I suggest to make a prices list so customers know how much is every thing, not to mention that the protein portion is ridiculously small

Oh, I didn’t know so the girl dropped a burrito Tortilla down and was finishing up my food. I guess the Spanish lady didn’t like that she didn’t stop taking care of me, then the Spanish lady rushed up behind her and started doing the burritothe lady was trying to explain to her that she was finishing up me and she talked over her and said yeah the customer’s always right But am I not a customer? Why do I gotta wait when she was already serving me and then got mad and sent her home the managers really need to work on their management. This really upset me
