  I had to see a very wicked smile of a pathetic and unprofessional staff who was preparing the bowl. I'm never getting back to this chipotle building. I was there today around 1-2pm, and the guy who was preparing the veg bowl couldn't understand what I asked him to add and was smiling looking at the other lady staff who was billing, as if I can't select that I want to even though I'm a very frequent buyer. Now looking at other people's comment, I do believe this place lack hospitality.

  On Wednesday the 13th, I had probably the worst experience I had in food service. Employees rolling their eyes at me and giving me attitude because what I wanted wasn't ready and they all got very impolite and nasty when I said I would be willing to wait the 10 minutes it would take to cook. I ended up walking right out after the one employee said "ugh whatever" very rudely. This isnt the first time this has happened or I've viewed this happen to others, but this was the final straw. Absolutely no reason to be treating patrons like that at all. If you're miserable, don't work there. If I'm spending $15+ on my meal, I expect to get what I would like, even if it takes a little while, and WITHOUT those nasty employees giving me flack.

  Still sitting in the parking lot, while writing this.i always go to Chipotle this is the worst experience I've had. My FIRST AND ONLY stop at this one. Bought 2 chicken bowls, both had very little chicken put on them. I watched everyone in front of me get a good amount of chicken in there order. I can only think because I'm a Caucasian. Everyone in front of me was African American & the server was as well. I hate me people use the race excuse and I never do. However that's the only reason I can think of. EVERYONE else had a good amount on theirs. SMH .

  Third time getting our order wrong. How difficult is it to read off a screen? No lettuce but you gave me lettuce. Brown rice but you gave me white. No guacamole when I ordered guacamole. My daughters burrito was messed up too. We've been customers for years but we are no longer going to this dump.

  The cashier was very rude for no reason when I asked for chips and queso at the register won’t be returning to this location again as the experience made me very uncomfortable.
