As a customer I was completely disgusted and embarrassed for the young lady she was yelling at. I found this completely unprofessional! I did not purchase anything from this location so I left. Nina is a curly blonde haired woman she’s a disgraceful representation of chipotle. She called her employees stupid no one should ever talk to anyone in this manner and call themselves management.

As I am literally in the middle of waiting to be asked to pick my protein … a very tall, heavy set man with dreads poorly whispers to the man making my bowl “start skimping on the protein”. So when I’m finally asked to pick a protein, I say double steak and was provided with ONE (single) VERY small scoop of steak … which forced me to ask for an additional protein (chicken) which is also forcing me to now pay even more. The additional scoop I asked for was INDEED skimped as well. As tired and hungry as I was, I still paid for the order. Good thing for me is, the cashier incorrectly charged. But the point is, for a customer to be able to hear and also visually see employees speaking on “skimping” food that we are paying our hard earned money on does not sit right with me. Very disgusting, rude and unprofessional
