The management staff I’ve spoken to have been amazing, sweet, helpful, super kind, etc. However, I’ve at this point had TWO bad run-ins with 3 separate staff members that makes me feel as if I’m not welcome, to the point where it’s seemingly a hostile environment. Most recently, this ACME has made it so that you’re metaphorically locked in the store with only two options to leave: 1. A staff member lets you out 2. You open one of the many “emergency” gates, which prompts staff members to berate and belittle you. I REALLY want to justify shopping at this ACME. But I just can’t do it anymore given those individual run-ins and experiences with staff. Again, at this point this ACME feels like a hostile shopping experience. I can buy groceries other places that are less hostile, even if it means I’m forced to spend a bit more money.

We were there on a hyper busy Sunday and the deli folks were just holding it down! Each and every employee with a smile and entirely polite demeanor. I can't do that around my own family! Seriously though it made our trip to the grocery store today that much easier and more pleasant. Thank yall!
