  Avoid if you can help it. The store itself is fine but ever since it got a pokemon vending machine (Google it, they are trouble, fights will break out around them) there's often times several non desireables waiting in the exit area around the machine and it's just bad vibes. The store does nothing to combat this from what I can tell.

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but after today's experience, I felt obligated to share what appears to be a deeper management and customer-service problem at this ACME location. The atmosphere feels disorganized and hostile toward customers. Employees frequently stand around talking while customers struggle to get assistance. When help is requested, staff often seem annoyed by the interruption rather than interested in solving the problem. What stood out most was the apparent habit of employees creating obstacles instead of helping. I encountered arbitrary rule enforcement, inconsistent answers from different staff members, and a general sense that customers were being treated as inconveniences rather than the reason the store exists. The store itself reflects the same lack of professionalism. Employees in the back were loudly slamming pallets and creating unnecessary noise, contributing to an environment that felt chaotic and poorly managed. The entire operation gives the impression of a workplace with low morale and little accountability. Technology and self-checkout may have changed some jobs, but that is not an excuse for poor customer service. If anything, the remaining staff should be focused on assisting customers and improving the shopping experience. Instead, the attitude I encountered was dismissive, indifferent, and at times openly rude. This was not my first negative experience here, but it may be my last. The problems seem less like isolated incidents and more like symptoms of a management culture that has stopped caring about customer service. There are too many grocery options available to spend money where customers are treated this way.

  One of the best ACME locations in the area. Self checkout psychos aren’t present here as you’ll find in other stores in the area. They are there to help but otherwise don’t make you feel like a criminal who they are waiting to pounce on.
