- LWLaurel Wilson5 days ago2.0We placed an online order at this particular ACME 4 days ago and were charged $169 for a 90 pound red onion. Which might seem funny or even ridiculous to some people, but for a family that is already scraping by and trying to make ends meet, being charged $169 for one onion was a completely unnecessary and extremely upsetting expense. Groceries are expensive enough as it is, and the last thing anyone needs is an unnecessary charge like this. We were very frustrated by this mistake, but what made the situation even worse was the customer service we received when we tried to get it resolved. The customer service was awful and left us feeling like our concerns were not taken seriously. Nobody should have to wait up to seven days to get a refund for a charge that was clearly made in error, especially when it’s such a significant amount of money. Mistakes happen, but when a mistake results in a customer being charged this much money, we expect it to be handled with urgency and professionalism. Unfortunately, because of this experience, we will no longer be placing online orders with this particular ACME, and honestly, we probably won't be shopping at ACME altogether.

Also half the time i cant walk out of the exit without getting the Pokemon scalpers to move since they block it daily. Store managers are lazy and do not enforce rules that are in place by the Fire Marshall.
