He made an inappropriate comment to my kid who wanted to check the machine out. It’s a shame management does nothing for this. The man is loitering. He distracts the younger employees up front when it’s busy, often cursing loudly and being inappropriate. It’s a shame because this store has some older long standing employees who deserve better. This is a bad look for your store. When he is not blocking the machine he rides Acmes electric cart to his car and sits or he parks on the curb talking to the cart people. People expect better than you for this Acme. I have already logged a complaint online, nothing gets done. I’m taking my business up the road to Target. Their prices are better anyway.

It was so awful and they responded and told me that the chicken Grease needed to be filtered or something of that nature then why are y’all even frying the chicken at this moment and serving it to the customers that’s for one ?Is what I asked her on the phone so she did try and make it right and said come back for fresh chicken I did and when I got there, I told her I understand things happen and things like that . So I left the store and long and behold the chicken taste the same. It was slightly a little better than last time but still had that same awful I can’t even describe gas like grill like taste. It was awful. I can’t even describe it. It didn’t taste like fried chicken at all. That was so very disappointed being as though acme is known and my go to for the fried chicken. This was today Sunday the day before Memorial Day like day shift before 4pm

When I got there, I couldn't find it, so I waited for 10 minutes to be helped by customer service. Turns out, they don't have it after all. The agent said, and I quote "never trust the website when it says we have something." Well bravo - another one to add to the long list of reasons to avoid Acme.
