  **MUST READ!! BE AWARE!!! THIS STORE IS FRAUDULENTLY CHARGING DEBIT/CREDIT CARDS W/O CONSUMER CONSENT OR KNOWLEDGE OF ADDITIONAL CHARGES AND/OR STEALING CARD NUMBERS!!!!**** I ordered a hot coffee thru the drive thru and got on the road. 4 hrs later I received a text from my bank alerts letting me know that I got a charge from this location. I was confused because it had been 4hrs since I had purchased my $2 coffee and wasn't sure if somehow my alert took time to catch up. I logged into my banking app and saw the charge and than saw the charge from 4hrs prior. They indeed charged my card a 2nd time 4hrs later. So what they did was as follows: They were closing out the drawers for the day at and it was about 30 mins prior to their store closing. They charged it as a tip to my debit card which is how they were able to charge it without the card present. Whomever who did this decided to charge my card for nearly identical cost of the original coffee in hopes I would not notice and so it didn't look like I was charged 2 times for the same item to my bank. This is how they fouled up BIG TIME! My original coffee was $2.80 at a little after 4 pm and than they added $2.90 charge close to 830pm. I receive alerts for any and all purchases so I caught the theft immediately!! I called my bank to dispute the charge and had to unfortunately close my card! This is extremely inconvenient for me because my bank is local to Delaware region and not a large national bank and I am relocating to NC. I was heading to NC and very much needed access to my card and account! I had to pay to get my new card expedited to my address and I was quite literally on the Chesapeake Bay Bridge and couldn't pull off somewhere and grab cash from an atm before closing my account either. I than proceeded to call the customer care support once off the phone with my bank, to report this to Dunkin Donuts corporate directly. As the store manager is likely the person committing the theft and nothing would be done about this individual who is committing fraud. It is not just theft but literally fraud. How many other people 🤔 are they stealing "tips" from and charging people's cards for "tips" without their consent or knowledge! Are they also stealing people's credit and debit card information? I am definitely escalating this and advise everyone to pay attention to your purchases especially thru drive thru windows!

  Ordered food on my way to work. Made my drink wrong. Made the food wrong. And had an attitude at the window.Like sorry im asking yall to do your jobs but reading a order and doing it the right way CAN NOT BE THAT HARD!!!

  I'm here as I type this. Seems to be a very comfortable family atmosphere and two older couples are having a pleasant vonversation. Food was cooked perfectly and the Hood Chocolate Whole Milk was not expired and delicious.

  I spend a lot of money at this Dunkin and my experience just keeps getting worse. In a span of one month I got a blue electric lemonade and there was a dead fly in it, I ordered an ice pop limeade and got a starlight lemonade, and my stuffed bagel bites were not stuffed at all. It's really disappointing I want it to be good because it's convenient and close to me. Word of advoce don't go on Sunday they are understaffed and have a lack of management so the service is slow and this is when most of the mistakes happen. The service is over all good the workers are nice and are willing to fix the mistakes that they make. The citizens of Smyrna deserve a good experience.

  Worst experience at Dunkin'. They stopped serving customers a full 30 minutes before closing, which is already unacceptable. I ordered two coffees, and both cups were defective, coffee was leaking straight from the bottom. It ended up burning my husband’s leg. To make things worse, I tried calling the store and their phone line doesn’t even work it just rings busy. Between the poor service, safety issue, and lack of accountability, this location seriously needs attention.
