He spoke with a disrespectful tone and acted like he didn’t care about providing any level of customer service. On top of that, his appearance was unclean, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. As a customer, I expect at least basic respect and professionalism, especially from a well-known chain like McDonald’s. This visit did not meet those expectations at all. I hope management addresses these issues, because this kind of service is unacceptable.

She took the time to understand what went wrong and made sure everything was corrected quickly without any hassle. It really stood out how much she cared about getting things right and making sure I was satisfied. Excellent customer service—I truly appreciate her help! Great Leader!
