  Ok so I just really needed to write a review because ive been here a handful of times, mainly through the drive through and everyone has always been so friendly!! Early in the morning or late at night, several different people have always been so nice over the speaker and at the window! I know jobs like these can be exhausting sometimes but I feel like the staff are really good at being patient and polite, at least in my experience. Even if they’re out of something they offer at least like three separate options and keep things running smoothly. I think I even pulled up one time around closing time, I wasn’t even aware it was that late, I had just gotten off work myself :,) but they were out of some things anyway but they were so so nice about it and I was able to get what I wanted early the next morning :D and personally, as someone who also works in customer service, I understand when people are impatient or grumpy closer to closing time because we wanna go HOME but the people here are so nice I just had to write about it, it genuinely makes my day and I’m sure a lot of others too :) yall are doin’ great

  Had to ask for more bacon and this is what I got. Mind you, they didn’t toast it. No syrup in my latte. Tried to call to speak to someone, rang for 3 minutes and I got a dial tone. Poor management. Poor staff. Poor inventory. Must’ve been out of bacon but it was 9 am. Edit: went back asked for it to be remade with the proper amount of bacon and our lattes be made hot with syrup and I hear staff saying they put plenty on. I just asked for a refund and won’t be returning. Incredibly disrespectful.SECOND PHOTO FROM WAWA IN BRIDGEVILLE. GO THERE. paid exactly the same within 10 cents of the order got the same stuff. So much better. LOVE WAWA

  I ordered a dozen donuts and a cartoon of coffee. The register girl gave me change $1.10. As I walked to the other end of the counter to pick up my order I checked my receipt to see what number I was. The receipt showed my change was $3.10. I went back to the cashier and told her she shorted me $2.00. She gave me the $2.00 in such a way that she was well aware she short changed me. As if she wanted me to move along. No hesitation. Just handed me the money. By doing this, by the end of the day, it adds up to a tidy sum. Is this her alone or does everyone behind the counter get a piece. I will never go into that Duncan again.
