    First off— the tacos were absolutely delicious! I ordered ground beef and the seasoning was hands down some of the best I have tasted. The food was very flavorful and a cut above average with a “homemade” flavor to it, only the person making the food clearly has talent. Even the chips and the salsa offered with the chips were a culinary delight, and non-generic. The food was terrific. Next- the decor- this spot is creatively decorated and has a joyful music/slightly alternative vibe which I enjoyed. The restaurant is decorated to the nines, no detail left behind including the lighting options which included overhead lighting shaped like various instruments. The service- we were able to sit right away, but it took 14 minutes to even get a menu despite a relatively empty restaurant and what appeared to be 3 wait staff. Then, add in wait time to order, and the time spent adds up. We also had a long wait at the end to have our check collected. Normally I don’t mind waiting , but I happened to be very hungry this particular evening. This is just a heads up- maybe eat a snack before coming or anticipate a wait time if you have plans! It is also my opinion that the women’s restroom could have been a bit cleaner as well as the seating/dining area.

    We have eaten here a couple times previously and enjoyed the food and atmosphere, we had made it a standard stop. Today we were on our way down but were running a bit behind, so we pre-ordered through their website to save some time. When we picked up the food and went to sit down, we were informed we weren’t allowed to sit inside because we ordered “takeout”. This despite spending $80+ on food (+tip!) at a place with a drive through, and the restaurant being mostly empty at 3pm on a Sunday. Food is decent, but nothing we can’t get somewhere else. We’ll probably do that next time.

    the Birria Chzstk was quite possibly one of the best things i've ever eaten in my life. my girlfriends BYO Burritos or Bowls was stuffed to the max. the Strawberry Watermelon was the most refreshing thing ive ever drank. the Tortilla Chips and Queso were definitely made in house you can tell. i'm speechless writing this review. wow.

    There is a 20 year old sketch from Chapelle’s show where Arsenio gets mad at a wine and cheese party because they didn’t tell him how good the cheese would be. I felt similarly here. The food was so good it actually went full circle on my emotions and made me mad. Get the salsa fries (or whatever they’re called) and the fish tacos. Also I should mention the service was really pleasant and friendly. Not cloying, not annoying, just friendly and welcoming. I’ve been around the country and the tacos here can hold their own anywhere. 10/10.

    My first experience last year in Marge was superb. Yesterday not so much. Our waitress, Patience, (and if she's your waitress on a Thursday after 5 you better have alot of patience) never brought out water that I asked for and never checked on our table 1 time. Food was great and came out in a timely fashion. When it was time to pay our check I had to hunt down another waitress for it because Patience was very busy cleaning tables. The atmosphere is super cool, but the service last night was a big turn off for ever coming back.
