  Girl taking my order was rude and inefficient, couldn’t get my order right and once I got my receipt and said it was wrong they tried to convince me not to refund my order and get what I actually wanted. Horrible customer service and carelessness .

  Asked for a paper straw kud at window too lazy to bend over and grab one because he already had paper straw in hand..said he didn't have any..I called and was told they did..odd in Delaware if you ask for plastic they can give you one and should being they cost half of a paper straw..

  So I went to McDonald’s to grab a bite and I gave my order and the ladie who was on the intercom was very rude. I then went through the line that took me five minutes to get to the window. My order was not ready yet so they parked me at the third window which I then sat at for another ten minutes and when I got my food the food was ice cold the fries were not all the way filled there was no ice in my cup. So I then asked for a manager and they said he was busy I then asked for his name and they said they could not just give anyone a managers name so I pulled off. I then went in the store to see why he was so busy and what I saw was very unprofessional. First of all there were employees with their phones in their hands and there hats on backwards and all I could hear was rap music and the manger had his hat on low to were I could not even see his eyes and he looked very unfriendly he was a skinny male in a black vest and I heard one of the employees call him by the name Gary. I then went outside to leave and seen the same manager outside smoking in his suv it was light grey. This was the same manager that was to busy to help me with my problem which was again very unprofessional. There was smoke pouring out his window and all i could smell was marijuana when he was suppose to be in the restaurant helping employees and customers which he was clearly not doing. I would advise anyone not to visit this restaurant at night time because of the unprofessional staff and manager behavior I will not be returning to this restaurant for another meal Yours truly the Review God

  Great place to ve great environment. I have been to McDonald's all up and do wn delaare but I must say that this one is the only one that will make your food the way you ask ... Adam made sure our sandwiches h was the way we asked . And I really appreciate the great customer service.
