  Leaving 2/5 stars because I love the selection, and most of the staff is always friendly, but management seriously needs to reconsider moving Richard out of customer service. When leaving a wallet in a shopping cart, an air-tag luckily lead my mother and I back to her wallet. When coming to customer service, Richard raised his voice at my mother, scolded her about how it could be anywhere on a shelf in the store, and then ignored her and I after she grabbed me to show him the tracking I set up for her wallet. There was someone else (I didn’t catch his name but he has a beard and wears a ballcap) that was very friendly and looked in the safe for my mom’s wallet. However, during this encounter, it was only prompted because Richard did not want to speak to us anymore or go look in the safe for my mother’s wallet. I’ve been shopping at this Giant for years and my family has recognized people in-season and out of season. This encounter however had my jaw dropped for why this representation is occurring at customer service of all places. Management, please consider moving Richard, as raising your voice at a customer is never okay.

  Just pulled in to Rehoboth for my month visit and as normal would go to Giant. I was very disappointed this year. The produce area was sparsely stocked. I also found it dirty at the checkout area.
