  My rating has to do with the supervisor in the produce section this morning. I overheard him yelling at his staff. He stated that they were pissing him off. One staff member stated he was waiting for the customers to finish getting their produce. The supervisor said, “Move them out of the way” as he walked away. I was offended by his behavior. I felt bad for the staff members involved. The store was very busy as people are shopping for the Fourth of July weekend. The supervisor was unprofessional. I’ve worked in management for over 20 years in customer service. Maybe he is stressed about something. Staff are the greatest asset to any company or organization. Without them there is no business. I had to pick up items for a family while I was in Rehoboth. Giant has great selection of food to purchase. I found what I needed.

  While visiting the Delaware area, I made a quick stop, at the area's Giant food store. While searching for particulars, the manager, Richard, was extraordinarily helpful, kind and patient. Although it was nearly time for the store to close, he did not rush me, and ensured that I found what I needed. Additionally, the store was clean and welcoming.   Managers and staff are always willing to help and take that extra step even if they are busy stocking. I would also like to mention the pharmacy. The staff goes above and beyond to help with all issues. Especially Liz and Kim. All others are helpful however they go the extra step for me and my family.

  Giant found on Rt 1 near Rehoboth Beach. Prices are reasonable for the beach. Produce seems decent. This Giant is not associated with the Giant Stores in PA, but they always allow the use of a store card to take advantage of sales. Brrrrr - always chilly inside.

  Josh/Justin lin customer service last night was professional, kind and respectful with a smile! Thank you for having such wonderful employees. Just wanted to add that Tom in produce and Dom in dairy are both absolutely the best! Super friendly, helpful, knowledgeable! Thank you for always being so amazing 👏
