- ADAmanda Dobies5 days ago1.0Store opened at 10:45, started taking orders at 10:52. Fine, no problem. Out of steak, no dressings available for food, and no ice for the drinks. The place was dirty. I’m scared to eat my food for fear of food poisoning so I just wasted $30. I should have walked out as soon as I saw the filty back room right after opening.

It was unedible, I should have asked for a refund, but was unpleasantly surprised by how disgusting it was when I got to my destination. I threw my entire bowl in the trash.

A girl with green hair said she had made the order & that someone picked it up already. FALSE. I never got my food no one is checking the order confirmations, & when it was addressed a man said “yeah we don’t have enough space” you don’t need space to just look at a phone and make sure that Someone is actually picking up their food and not stealing someone’s food. let alone no acknowledgment for those who are waiting. The girl with green hair just had a RBF & all the person picking up the “completed” order got was a 1-800 number to talk to “Pepper”. There was a problem & an easy solution a refund of even giving me a gift card with the amount of money I spent. ridiculous.
