Mom ( A former Baskin-Robbins franchise owner herself ) asked if I would stop by after dinner ,near this location. Of course anything for Mom. I actually usually go to the other location, even though this one is closer to my house because , Ive found this location to be dirty and every time Ive come here, I have encountered unprofessional kids running the counter on weekends and holiday breaks. Tonight, I attempted to purchase a few pre packed quarts through the drive thru ( seems that shoukd be fast and easy). The cashier stated she couldn’t hear me in her headset due to the heavy thunderstorm. I attempted to order several times at the speaker, but still she couldn’t hear me through her headset. She kept asking me to repeat my order. After attempting several times, I pulled forward to the window. Once I arrived to the window, I ordered my 2 prepack ice-creams directly with the window, clerk there. BUT,. The window clerk stated I couldn’t place my order at the window because it was against the store policy. I was confused! I explained to her that I sat at the speaker and repeated my order 3-4 times. It was pouring down raining and lightning ! With absolutely no one behind me in line. The window clerk stated “ I need to drive around the building and go back to the speaker to place my order”. I thought this was absolutely poor service, I asked if she can make an exception for me, since I was the “ONLY customer” they had at the time. She told me the manager would not make exceptions for anyone!!! Well, mom wanted the ice cream , so I started to drive around, but realize it was probably best for me to go inside so that I don’t have to repeat myself with the bad connection on their headset and get wet while doing this in the rain.. I parked my car, left my mom outside in the dark, got out in the rain I went inside. I grabbed my two ice creams from the freezer and went to the cashier to pay. It was at that moment I asked for the manager and explain to her how disappointed I was that they weren’t able to make an exception for me, especially while I was the only customer there in the rain. Not only was the manager engaging with the 3 other associates. They all had headsets on and began to mimic and laugh that I drove around the building again. All the Manager said was “ you gotta order at the speaker “, and laughed too. I felt humiliated because I am soaking wet from running out in the rain . With 3 employees standing in front of me, laughing , the other was still at the window with no customers . They stood right in front of me talking on a headset to each other as if I couldn’t hear their conversation.. I got Some very rude disrespectful comment from one associate behind the counter at the end of my transaction. I truly would’ve returned it at this, not been for my mom Poor service, rude staff, poor etiquette, dirty service counter with 4 brat kids as employees doing nothing. Should be cleaning up, throwing trash out, or clean the dirty floor. Gosh ! I absolutely would like to hear from the owner who runs and make these type of decisions towards any customers, I wonder if this is true and why they tolerate this type of behavior from their staff. Clearly the ratings are low here. Multiple people have complained and I have seen no improvement tonight. Not a good business for this community. I will not ever return, not a chance!

Asked the guy "manager" at ice cream counter for a specific ice cream. He was in the process of removing some of the ice cream tubes and I wanted to make sure I would be able to get the said ice cream. He told me I need to go to the register to order. Skipping a head... after a wait in line, them taking my order and money. They proceeded to tell me that the ice cream I wanted was not available because they were cleaning the case. The employees knew this before I got in line and taking my order. What a waste of my time.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
