- TPToni PhillipsAug 20, 20261.0I stopped by this location because my Mom absolutely loves a particular ice cream flavor that is carried at Baskin -Robbins. Mom ( A former Baskin-Robbins franchise owner herself ) asked if I would stop by after dinner ,near this location. Of course anything for Mom. I actually usually go to the other location, even though this one is closer to my house because , Ive found this location to be dirty and every time Ive come here, I have encountered unprofessional kids running the counter on weekends and holiday breaks. Tonight, I attempted to purchase a few pre packed quarts through the drive thru ( seems that shoukd be fast and easy). The cashier stated she couldn’t hear me in her headset due to the heavy thunderstorm. I attempted to order several times at the speaker, but still she couldn’t hear me through her headset. She kept asking me to repeat my order. After attempting several times, I pulled forward to the window. Once I arrived to the window, I ordered my 2 prepack ice-creams directly with the window, clerk there. BUT,. The window clerk stated I couldn’t place my order at the window because it was against the store policy. I was confused! I explained to her that I sat at the speaker and repeated my order 3-4 times. It was pouring down raining and lightning ! With absolutely no one behind me in line. The window clerk stated “ I need to drive around the building and go back to the speaker to place my order”. I thought this was absolutely poor service, I asked if she can make an exception for me, since I was the “ONLY customer” they had at the time. She told me the manager would not make exceptions for anyone!!! Well, mom wanted the ice cream , so I started to drive around, but realize it was probably best for me to go inside so that I don’t have to repeat myself with the bad connection on their headset and get wet while doing this in the rain.. I parked my car, left my mom outside in the dark, got out in the rain I went inside. I grabbed my two ice creams from the freezer and went to the cashier to pay. It was at that moment I asked for the manager and explain to her how disappointed I was that they weren’t able to make an exception for me, especially while I was the only customer there in the rain. Not only was the manager engaging with the 3 other associates. They all had headsets on and began to mimic and laugh that I drove around the building again. All the Manager said was “ you gotta order at the speaker “, and laughed too. I felt humiliated because I am soaking wet from running out in the rain . With 3 employees standing in front of me, laughing , the other was still at the window with no customers . They stood right in front of me talking on a headset to each other as if I couldn’t hear their conversation.. I got Some very rude disrespectful comment from one associate behind the counter at the end of my transaction. I truly would’ve returned it at this, not been for my mom Poor service, rude staff, poor etiquette, dirty service counter with 4 brat kids as employees doing nothing. Should be cleaning up, throwing trash out, or clean the dirty floor. Gosh ! I absolutely would like to hear from the owner who runs and make these type of decisions towards any customers, I wonder if this is true and why they tolerate this type of behavior from their staff. Clearly the ratings are low here. Multiple people have complained and I have seen no improvement tonight. Not a good business for this community. I will not ever return, not a chance!

I watched the 3 employees look at my family trying to decide what flavor of ice cream we wanted. When we went to order, 1 employee looked at us and walked away. Another saw us and also walked away both turning their back on us. We waited a considerable amount of time, no acknowledgement or even a "we'll be right with you." It was clear that they did not want to assist with ice cream. I should have realized from the beginning when the ice creams were mislabeled, empty containers on top of open ice cream and freezer burnt ice cream. Would def nnot visit this store.

Visit credits for orders placed on the BR App and BaskinRobbins.com will be issued at the time of order pickup.
Do my rewards and offers expire?
Yes. To check the expiration date of your rewards/offers, head to the BR App – expiration dates are listed on each reward and offer.
Can I use more than 1 reward or offer in a single transaction?
Yes! You can redeem a combination of up to 3 rewards and offers per transaction. Please note there is a limit of one offer applied per transaction, and always be sure to read each reward or offer’s description and terms for more information on redeeming.

Is the Birthday Club just for kids?
No way! The Birthday Club is for anyone who loves ice cream; however, you must be 13 or older to join.
How do I sign up for the Birthday Club?
Joining the Birthday Club is free and easy! Simply create a Baskin-Robbins account in the BR App or online & complete your profile to join the Birthday Club. (You must be 13 or older to sign up.)
How will I get my birthday rewards?
Your birthday coupons will be automatically added to your account in the BR App on your birthday; head to the BR App on your special day to redeem!
Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.
Please note: Primary account holders will receive birthday coupons for the whole family
After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.

How do I redeem my guest survey coupon?

You cannot use your Baskin-Robbins gift cards to purchase items online or in the BR App.
