The staff has consistently been friendly and helpful, which is why this incident was so disappointing. During our visit today, we were purchasing only two items. The customer behind us forgot to place the divider on the conveyor belt, and the cashier, Deanna, accidentally scanned one of their items with ours. My father politely let her know that the item was not ours. Instead of responding professionally, she gave us an attitude. While we were paying, she muttered under her breath, “Yeah, hold up my line, keep holding my line.” We understand that mistakes happen, and we are not upset about the accidental scan. However, we were disappointed by the way we were treated after politely pointing out the mistake. We have enjoyed shopping at this store for years and do not want one negative interaction to change that, but we hope this feedback helps ensure future customers are treated with respect and courtesy.

I went and took a picture as did a store clerk. She said it was next week. The sign says through the 26th. So she calls over the over ride girl who tells me it only applies only to coke. Despite my pic of both signs. The man behind me tells her the same. Weather a miscomunicated sign or not. Both the teller and the lead teller/over ride girl were rude and nasty. If i treated a customer like that id be in the office with the boss.
