    I’ve been here multiple times and have always enjoyed the food at this location, and have never had any problems with the staff until today. There was a woman working (I assume the supervisor) that was incredibly rude to both me and her coworker that was helping me at the register. I had a gift card uploaded onto the app that I wanted to use to pay for my order. It wasn’t scanning correctly. I had this problem before at this location and the staff member just typed my card number in and it went through. Today, the girl at the register didn’t know how to fix it, so she asked the supervisor for help with my gift card. The supervisor is immediately irritated with the request. She loudly tells the coworker “I don’t got nothing to do with that! Thats the app, it hasn’t been working. I don’t know nothing about that!” Then she comes to the register, has me scan it again and is very quick to dismiss my problem with no effort. “There’s nothing we can do about that.” I asked if she could type the number in. “No. There is no typing the number in we can’t do that. The app doesn’t have that promotion.” I said “but it’s a gift card” and she looks down, taps the screen, has me scan it again…and it works. “Oh that’s my bad I didn’t understand it was a gift card.” Then moves to help the next customer. It seemed like such an easy fix. No need to be so rude and jump to dismissing me, and no need to talk to her coworker that way just for asking for help. I don’t know if she was just having a bad day, but I hope she tries to be a little nicer in the future.

    I have never seen a kitchen and prep area so clean and well maintained. I’m in the service industry so my eyes noticed things regular customers wouldn’t. But wait there’s more…the peanut butter cup smoothie is exceptionally delicious. Definitely look forward to going there again.
