- WWWilliam WrightAug 13, 20263.0I've worked in the pizza industry for awhile and I'm not impressed with this location. Often times, the employees don't have enough staff to keep up with order quantity which is not their fault, but when it's slower, the food is on time, at least when you pick it up. Never had an issue with any of the staff, all of the issues come from Papa John's themselves. Not enough staff, poor quality ingredients and phone lines that connect you to a call center, so getting ahold of staff is nearly impossible as the phone will just ring and ring. The ingredients are not what they used to be. The cheese has zero pull and I'd avoid the pepperoni at all costs. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and it had a strange soapy flavor to it. The deals are still good though, and the sauce cups beat out Dominos by a long shot. I believe Papa John's needs to remodel their stores as they appear way more dated than other chains. If you're ordering with coupons, it's fine. Do not pay full price.
