  This review has nothing to do with this specific location I’ve never had a problem This review reflects that papa John’s as a business does not care about the consumer nor their drivers, charging a 6$ delivery fee per order is outrageous. I live 1 mile away so it’s not even a distance based delivery model. You’re either on the collapse of business or you’re trying to rinse your consumers in outrageous fees.

  doesnt answer phone, pick iup times are 2x-3x longer than promised, night crew doesnt wipe off boards, very messy food. also kept very uncomfortablely warm i feel like im going to have a heat stroke waiting for my food. its 10 pm it shouldnt be 90°

  No help from any employees, one girl on the line was just phone up to her ear making pizzas. 4/7/26 10:50pm if yall care to check cameras. Still on her phone as I type this. And shes on the oven to. Great employees papa johns!

  This used to be my favorite place but since someone else took over it's changed. We're supposed to get 8 slices but always end up with six. We order a lot but this is the last time I order from here. The girl in the front will make sure she reminds you a tip is due even though im doing carry out every time. I don't care to tip in palces where you're not serving me my food. Im a waitress so spare me the speech. It get old especially since your food is prepared the way it should be.
