  Rafay and his coworkers went above and beyond to help us. We placed our order around 1:00 AM, but unfortunately our DoorDash driver didn’t arrive until around 3:00 AM and appeared unwilling to deliver our food. Despite the situation being completely out of the store’s control, Rafay and the closing shift team on 07/18/2026 stayed open until the driver finally picked up our order. They kept us updated throughout the entire process, called us with status updates, and provided some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. They were patient, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure we received our food. The issues we experienced were 100% the fault of the DoorDash driver—not the restaurant. Rafay and his team handled a frustrating situation exceptionally well, and I’m incredibly grateful for their dedication and outstanding customer service. 10/10 experience with the staff.   5 stars, I'd give 6 stars if I could! Rafay always has a positive attitude, makes a delicious pizza, and keeps our business over every other pizza shop in our busy college town. Major thanks to Rafay for taking care of us when I was having trouble with Doordash and had a hungry family at home. We tore through that pizza and will do so again next weekend 🍕

  Came upon this papa John’s during a road trip through Delaware . I Walked in and was impressed with the cleanliness and inviting atmosphere of this location. I was kindly greeted with a smile by Jermaine the manager on duty and my order was immediately taken and placed. The manager and staff on hand are friendly, knowledgeable, attentive and customer-oriented.The speed of service was prompt and the food came out hot and delicious and satisfying. Would score a 10 or higher if possible, but will certainly be back To this location thanks to the management and staff for providing exemplary service

  This review has nothing to do with this specific location I’ve never had a problem This review reflects that papa John’s as a business does not care about the consumer nor their drivers, charging a 6$ delivery fee per order is outrageous. I live 1 mile away so it’s not even a distance based delivery model. You’re either on the collapse of business or you’re trying to rinse your consumers in outrageous fees.
