There were a few arcade games that weren't in order and they were not labeled. I swiped my card to play basketball to find out there were no basketballs in that game. 2 other games that involved throwing balls didn't have any balls. Paid for race car game two times just to find out the throttle didn't work, along with a few other games that did not work after I swiped my card. Also, bad customer service, I went over to order funnel cake fries, I was not greeted, it was two younger people working behind the counter they didn't look too thrilled to be there. I ordered funnel cake fries, paid, then no one says anything and they just stood there, so I asked them do I wait here and they said come back in 15 minutes, so I sat down and waited. Instead of them calling me over when my order was ready I looked over and noticed my order was sitting at the counter so I walked up and asked them is it mine ...and they were, it would make sense to call me over and tell me my order is ready, they literally see me sitting there and just stood there at the counter on their phone and talking. I asked for a to go container they said they didn't have one, The same girl that told me no was walking out with two to go containers while I was waiting on my Uber. I paid about $10.99 for the funnel cake fries and I just left them on the table because they look wet and unappetizing. I don't recommend this place. The bathrooms also needed to be cleaned.

We’ve been to this location a handful of times over the past couple of years (for birthdays, happy hours, and just nights out), but the quality has gone downhill significantly. We went this past Sunday for a friend’s birthday and the amount of money we wasted on games that did not work was astounding. I alone had 7 times where I swiped a card at machine and it took the credits off the card, only to find out the game didn’t dispense the balls it was supposed to or the sensors didn’t work or it just flat out didn’t work. There was also no fewer than 15 other machines that noted they had errors and weren’t working. The mini bowling station had no bowling balls. The 5 basketball pop-a-shots? One had zero balls, one had 8 balls but was not functioning, one started properly and had the right amount of balls but it did not keep score at all. The 2 machines where you throw balls to knock over clowns? Both took your money, but only the clowns on the bottom row of 3 rows stood up, and the timer (typically 60 seconds) started at TEN seconds and the game was over. One of our friends asked about it on the first time it happened and they refunded the credits, but unless you’re prepared to do that 10+ times throughout a half hour of playing arcade games, you’re going to end up just wasting a lot of money. Even when we explained what happened and told them what machine it happened on, they made no move to mark that machine as not working, so how many other people then went through the same thing? It’s one thing if a machine just isn’t working and they don’t know about it, but they seem to make zero effort to actually tell the customers the machines aren’t working and just keep collecting money from people on them. That’s no longer just an unfortunately oversight, but seems more like a deliberate scam.
The bowling experience and food/drinks have always been enjoyable, but if you’re coming for the arcade games, just be prepared to throw away a good chunk of the money you spend on them.

My experience this past Saturday was horrible. I wanted my son to have a great experience for his 5th birthday and it wasn't. Nothing went right when it came to our start time to bowl. Mind you we got there on time and still had to wait for almost an hour before bowling. The food I requested was not prepared so my son and his guest had to wait again we were moved from the bowling lanes that was reserved to another lane. I did not get a chance to bowl with my son because I had to make sure certain things got done. There is no communication or accountability and I will not book another party here again.

I really like this place they had so many options from laser tag, bowling to playing pool. They also had this gravity obstacle where you can go zip longing. It was unlimited playing for $29 a person, however that did not include the arcade games that was separate.
