I had the pleasure of going there on their grand opening day & everyone was so pleasant. Everything I ordered from the oxtails to the pepper steak was fresh & very flavorful to the point I just placed another order of pepper steak, cabbage & sweet potatoes...wit a side of fried plantains DELISHUSH 😋

Ordered the oxtail and everything tasted perfect either way a great amount of portions. The sorrel was absolutely the best. What made me give 5 stars was the to-go packaging. Where many restaurants especially Jamaican cuisine is made is styrofoam, this establishment’s was recyclable. I respect establishments that respect the earth and so I will be co Ing bCk and letting everyone I know to do the same

I had a very disappointing experience at Jamaican Café Cuisine, and I won’t be going back. The food was underwhelming from the start. What should have been bold, flavorful Jamaican dishes came out bland and poorly prepared. Everything felt rushed, like quality wasn’t a priority at all. For the prices they charge, the portions and taste just don’t match up. The bigger issue, though, is the customer service. It was honestly some of the worst I’ve experienced. Orders were handled carelessly, communication was poor, and there was no sense of professionalism. Instead of fixing mistakes, staff seemed irritated when customers had questions or concerns. The manager, Mr. Nyron, made things worse rather than better. Instead of stepping in to resolve issues, his attitude came off dismissive and unhelpful. When leadership treats customers like an inconvenience, it sets the tone for the entire business, and it shows. Overall, between the disappointing food and the poor customer service, this place feels like it lacks both quality and accountability. There are much better options out there that actually care about their food and their customers.

From the moment I walked in, the experience was top-tier. The staff was welcoming, professional, and moved with real efficiency—no delays, no confusion, just smooth service end-to-end. The food? Outstanding. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with attention to detail. Authentic Jamaican taste with perfect seasoning—nothing bland, everything hits. The atmosphere is clean, vibrant, and well put together. Comfortable seating, nice color scheme, and a relaxed vibe that makes you want to stay and enjoy your meal. I'm Enjoying this now 🍲
