  Disappointing service at this location. On two separate visits I was refused service for no clear reason. The most recent time, I was already standing in line, having arrived before the family ahead of me, whom I’d let go first, when the server announced they were the last customers she’d serve, despite the store still being open. I pointed out I’d been waiting, and she ignored me and walked away. The first time something similar happened I gave the benefit of the doubt and assumed she was busy. Twice is a pattern. Customers who are waiting in line during open hours deserve to be served or at least given a real explanation.

  Extremely rude and poor attitude from the employee. I am a mall employee & recently ordered a newer menu item that a different employee made for me, the employee today told me I couldn’t order that menu item because it didn’t exist I then corrected her and told her that her coworker just days ago had told me it was available. I requested a small she made a large and then when i asked for the receipt she thought it’d be a good idea to say goodbye with a sarcastic comment.Your employees are actively harming your business with poor customer service.

  Extremely rude and poor attitude from the employee. I ended up not ordering anything because I was so turned off by her attitude. As I left, I turned around and saw her do a fist pump to her coworker as if she was happy that I didn’t end up ordering? lol. Owner can respond thank you to that! Your employees are actively harming your business lol.

  Ice cream was good but our server can catch me outside with her foul attitude.
