I requested a delivery order and everything was great except my grilled cheese. The company did nothing and when I did call the store I was passed off 3 times. First person did not even answer the phone properly. The answer was more like the work phone was a personal phone. I had to make sure I was calling five guys. I had my order number but the person on n the phone was say my credit card number out loud multiple times and then said "I need to write it down". I just said forget it because so many things wrong with this experience that left a worst impression for me. I am going to have to keep a eye on my credit card now due to this and all I wanted was bacon on my grilled cheese sandwich. I would not recommend ordering delivery from here and if they mess it up go through your bank and dispute it because will say your credit card number out loud

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
