- ASAmong us Sus4 days ago1.0Female Associate at 4 pm on august 20, 2026 served us an order with a 1 digit difference from someone else directly to our faces and we hadn’t noticed the difference in drinks due to being on the road for a while. When we asked why our hot drink had ice in it they revealed it wasn’t ours so we apologize and returned it. The same employee that served us asked us “why did you take someone else’s order, you know that’s not yours” I attempted explaining we were tired and were in a rush on top of the fact she served it directly to us but she began speaking over me and saying “if someone took my order I would (unintelligble)” with an obvious tone of dismay and disgust toward us. Highly unprofessional on her end. Just order from the coffee place closer to the entrance, it’s self serve so you won’t have to worry about employees like her.

Despite the cup literally saying “Love your order or we’ll remake it”, I said that it didn’t taste right and the employee stared at me like I was crazy when I asked him to remake it, and he refused. I would have asked for my money back but the customer service here is so incompetent it’s not worth it, so I’m leaving this review instead. Very disappointed in the lack of franchise controls at this location.

- PSPhilip ShowalterJul 25, 20261.0This is more of a PSA to anyone riding a bus, but definitely do not go here if you only have a 20-30 minute break. I just ordered a sandwich and a coffee. The coffee came out in about 5 minutes, but then I waited 20 more minutes for my sandwich, saw that my bus driver was about to pull out, and had to leave without my food. I usually wouldn’t review bomb a Dunkin Donuts lol but now I’m gonna hungry for 5 hours and almost missed my bus. Probably doesn’t matter if you’re driving and have time to stretch your legs, but if you have a bus to catch, don’t repeat my mistake.
