I understand being short-staffed, but this should be communicated clearly and handled more professionally. As a paying mobile-order customer, I should have been allowed to quickly use the restroom—especially since the lobby wasn’t scheduled to be closed yet. Instead, the cashier was rude and even slammed the window on me, which was unacceptable. Because of this experience, I had to drive out of my way, and I won’t be returning
