  I just left this location for the last time. My order is always incorrect. Today, my raisin cinnamon bagel/w cream cheese was clearly stale. I asked for it to be toasted and it wasn’t. It was not edible. My previous drive thru visit, they gave me the wrong hot Caramel coffee which is a common mistake. It was not hot and definitely not Caramel. It was obvious that the coffee had been sitting and the chuckles as it was handed to me made me even more suspicious. I went inside, ordered another coffee, watched them make it, and then left the wrong coffee with them. I’m done. Service is poor and the food quality is poor. Oh and my hash browns were barely cooked. DONE. SOOOO DONE WITH THIS LOCATION‼️

  Bit into a moldy sandwich. I was in a rush to get to work, did not have time to go inside and complain. This is unacceptable.

  Favorite Dunkin. All staff are very friendly and attentive.

  I only come to this Dunkin for the convenience of the drive-thru but I’m just going to stop coming altogether. The drinks from the drive-thru tend to be wrong and it seems like they’re just rushing to get orders out, not caring on what they hand to the customer. I get the shaken espresso almost every time I go to Dunkin and every-time I’m given the drink, i just want to hand it right back to them. It looks like a latte each time so i know there’s no care for the accuracy of the drinks but jeez, three ice cubes? That move is more cold than my drink! I’m just chalking it up to not coming back here and sticking with Ogletown Stanton Road or Polly Drummond Hill Road, they actually make it right each time.
