- JJJulia JohnsonJul 29, 20261.0I ordered a Decaf iced coffee which I get all the time and have no problems with but this time after a couple of hours drinking it I started to experience shaking and rapid heart rate. Also, I have been wide awake all night. They did not use decaf coffee which is a big health hazard for those who do not handle caffeine well or are medically effected by caffeine. I really hope the worker care enough about the health of their customers to make sure they use the right coffee.

I was going to be late to my appointment down the street. This was the slowest, most disorganized dunkin donuts I have ever walked in. I won't be back, I hope to reverse the charge with my credit card company. Doubt a manager is there by the looks of it, and if they are... Then they don't know what they are doing.
