- AHAshley HendrixAug 20, 20261.0Extremely Disappointing Experience I’ve given this Dunkin’ location way too many chances, and unfortunately, the service continues to get worse. The staff is consistently rude, careless, and completely unprofessional. At the drive-thru, I’ve sat there with no line waiting for someone to even take my order. Then, after they finally take my money, they’ll close the window and proceed to stand around laughing and talking to each other while my coffee sits in the window. I’ve been late to work more times than I can count because of how ridiculously slow and inefficient this location operates. On another occasion, they spilled my drink and showed absolutely no concern about replacing it. No apology, no attempt to make it right! Just an attitude that made it clear they simply didn’t care. Today, I decided to go inside instead, hoping that maybe I’d have a better experience. Unfortunately, it was somehow even worse. The employees were rude, disrespectful, and incredibly unprofessional. I witnessed them talking rudely about customers, cussing excessively, and talking over the manager while the manager was actually trying to help. The entire atmosphere was chaotic and uncomfortable. I understand that everyone has bad days and that working in customer service can be stressful. But there is absolutely no excuse for treating customers this way or behaving like this in front of them. I’m incredibly disappointed in this location and its staff. At this point, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Management needs to seriously address the customer service, professionalism, and overall attitude of the employees at this location.

I was on line making an order. He explained this at which point employee told him to hold his attitude. I can't imagine how they do business this way. We cut the loss and drove to the dunkin on Udel campus. Save your money and tine and don't support this rude establishment.
