- LFLanie Furr1 day ago1.0I don't even know how the food is. It has been an hour and a half. The tracker originally said my order went in the oven at 12:27 to be delivered bt 1:35. At 1:44 it changed to the pizza went in the oven to now be delivered at 2:38. I tried calling to cancel and held for 8 minutes and no one answered. I have always liked Dominos but this is not acceptable. It should not take two hours for pizza. And if you are short staffed, that is fine. Then don't let people order for delivery or notify them how long it will be first.

Don't get me wrong, the food arrived, but it was colder than the sprite I ordered with it. One order of the wings was completely wrong, the food presentation was made with absolutely zero love. The final straw is when you call the store hoping to have some kind of hail Mary of a fix, and nobody answers! Twenty three minutes and NO answer. This is the worst display of a customer service business model I've never had the experience of talking too. Literally! Thank you and goodnight!

Got the text it was ready came to store told it was in the oven waited an hour to be told they just never made it and won’t make it and forced me to take a refund.LIKE I couldn’t believe that I chalked it up to being busy but now after this. Me and my family will not be coming back. N I will be actively tell people to avoid this place at all costs. I just hope someone reads this review and saves their dinner and money and go somewhere else. You know how shitty it is to be busy all day and just want an easy dinner and this is your experience 2 times in a row within a month n a half of each other. God bless and I hope they change what ever is happening here at this store. It’s clearly the certain shift that just messing up loyal customers experience. That’s a shame.

When I asked the store manager he did not even care to apologize for the mistake. He was so rude and had no respect to customers. Worst experience ever. The store manager sucks.
