- ARAleq Robinson1 day ago1.0So today (May 19, 2026), about 445p, I went in to order a pizza. I order it, then waited for it inside the restaurant. As I'm waiting, a lady comes in to order, and she is a native French speaker who was trying to speak English. The lady behind the counter, I'm unsure what her name is but she was short, and had brown hair, very rudely shouts," I can't speak your language, I don't know what you want" she then waits on another customer and asks a guy that works there to help the lady. This guy, I don't know what his name was, very kindly waited on her and took her order, and it didn't take long at all. I couldn't believe I sat and watched this happen. So I asked the lady (customer) if she was ok, and she said she was. Now I get it, sometimes when you have a non native English speaker as a customer, it can be difficult to understand them but you try. I've had to help several non native English speakers in my field from all over, and I do understand 2 other languages but English is my first language. My point is, why be rude, and yell at her. Like does the corporate office not know she is like this?? She was completely inappropriate and her yelling was uncalled for. But yeah, next time I go back, if she is there, I will walk out and order from somewhere else.

He is such a nice person due to his happy and friendly demeanor. He also immediately accepted and performed my request of clean cutting my pies. This may sound easy and like nothing to some. But for a at least twice a week customer, it holds a lot of weight. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!
