    am extremely disappointed with my experience at Chipotle. I understand the restaurant closes at 11:00 PM, but I arrived at 9:41 PM, and my receipt clearly shows that time. There was still over an hour before closing, yet several food items were already unavailable. There were no fajita vegetables, no black beans, and multiple items were running low or unavailable. Since I was unable to get several of the ingredients I wanted, I politely asked if I could have a small serving of guacamole substituted since I was still being charged full price for my meal. The manager immediately said no and was incredibly rude about it. What bothered me most wasn’t even being told no—it was the attitude. Customer service goes a long way, and there was no reason to be dismissive or disrespectful. The manager’s response was basically, “We still have a whole hour to go,” but if that’s the case, why were so many items unavailable? To make matters worse, the guacamole sitting there was already turning brown. I understand restaurants run out of items sometimes, but when customers are paying full price for incomplete orders, management should be willing to work with them instead of treating them like they’re asking for something unreasonable. A little courtesy and professionalism would have made all the difference. I left feeling frustrated, undervalued, and disappointed. Chipotle can do better.

    Very unfortunate experience at this chipotle. The particular person who rung us up was very rude and belittling. I had asked a question about the total because he had asked me to pay more which is fine. I just wanted to know what I was paying for. I would not recommend this place the employee was rude for no reason

    Our order was late, though we received a text more than 30 minutes ahead of our actual delivery time that the order was out for delivery. There were not enough chips with our order. We were told that there would be 1 bag of chips for every 3 burritos, we received a substantially less amount and many did not get any chips because of this. 40 burritos along with condiments were ordered and the location didn't send one napkin, fork, or spoon, though these items were requested (and expected) to be sent with the order. The order itself was disappointing because the items seemed hastily made and were quite messy. Items that were supposed to have meat were full of rice and hardly any meat. I called customer service and spoke with two separate agents, one who offered a discount on a future order or $50 off the total bill and the other who brushed me off and seemed unbothered. She said someone would contact me and hung up. To end, the customer service was the worst part of this entire experience. Nobody took ownership, I didn't receive the coupon, or follow up from anyone from Chipotle on an order that totaled a few hundred dollars. Very disappointing.
