Never got an apology for my time to bring it back. The bowl is literally a slop of cheese, rice with a bit of lettuce. I don't usually complain because I'm thankful I can eat out. But this is ridiculous.

We're about halfway through the line and the lady looks back at us and goes, “There's no white rice.” That's all she says no white rice so we're good. We get up to the front. They don't have any meat. They don't have any white rice. They had barely any lettuce and she starved me some Barbacoa in there. Get all that through, finally. Get my meal, go to get a lid for my drink and go to get some forks. They’re out of forks and napkins lids so I walk up to the front to get the guy and asked if I could get a fork from back there. He just shakes his head. He didn't even say yes or no he just shook his head no. I asked, “So you have no forks? Can you give me some forks?” He just shakes his head no. How am I suppose to eat the food I just paid for at this establishment?? Then when I get to my truck, the food is leaking everywhere because it was upside down…complete waste. Terrible people.
