- KAkiran adepu4 days ago1.0I’m leaving this review in hopes that management takes this feedback seriously. The front desk staff was highly unprofessional and lacked basic customer service skills. Management needs to actively guide and teach their front-of-house team how to properly treat customers. It was a terrible experience, and I won't be returning.

The staff is friendly, the portions are MUCH bigger than what I was getting at Kirkwood, and it's thankfully not as busy.

Almost the entire soda fountain was empty. I told them and they didn't do a thing the entire time we were there, even when they had no customers. Only hand a handful of customers while we were there, definitely not busy. Just for people standing around doing nothing. Terrible managed, terribly staffed, just don't bother with this location.
