  First time trying cava most likely won’t be back, taste was okay but portions were small for the price they charge. Got up charged for an extra scoop of rice but to top it all off spitting out a piece of bone from the chicken ruined the meal entirely.

  Rizzy and Gabby were great at helping me with my order! Very friendly, patient, and made sure everything was correct. I really appreciated Rizzy’s excellent customer service and positive attitude. She made my visit to CAVA a great experience. Thank you Rizzy and Gabby!

  The CAVA in Christiana/Newark is truly the best! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and prepared perfectly. The staff is welcoming, friendly, and provides amazing customer service every time. They are quick, organized, and make you feel appreciated as a customer. The BBQ Harissa pita chips are absolutely the best! They’re packed with flavor and the perfect crunchy addition to my lamb meatballs. This location is definitely my favorite CAVA, and I highly recommend it!

  FOOL ME ONCE SHAME ON YOU, FOOL ME TWICE SHAME ON ME! I'm a big Cava fan. I've eaten in many STATES and I'm familiar with the bowl portion. We placed an order for pick up today for 2 build your bowl, which we usually always get. The portion size is always proportionate. The portion was half the portion of what we usually order tonight. We are adults not kids to be served a kids size meal. I refuse to be cheated again!! Will not be ordering on line from this location ever again! It was a complete waste of my money, time, and gas!!!

  What can I say! A couple of weeks ago I came to Delaware to visit family. As we chose cava for dinner one night, it was almost closing time. When we got there a lot of things had ran out….things we specifically loved to make our bowl OURS ! It was also my fiancés first time experiencing. Instead of allowing us to leave dissatisfied, it was so heartwarming that the staff and the manager took it upon themselves to go in the back and find the very last they had of the few toppings we wanted! That is what you call customer service and going the extra mile to meet the wants and cares of the customer! We really appreciate all the staff on duty that night ! That was a highlight we won’t ever forget AND we will def be returning in the future!
