    Stopped in after my daughter graduated from nursing school Thursday night (6/25/26) with a party of 12. Have done so after other family events because service and food have always been great. (And we always tip above 20% for good service for our large party) Not this time! We waited an unusually long time to even be greeted by our server (Marissa). Btw. When 13 year old grandson went to the restroom (while we waited) he overheard staff arguing about who had to take our big table. And told us when he got back. She took our drink orders, writing everything down, and thats where it all fell apart. She stood at the end of the 12 top and was basically not going to walk around to the other end or even the middle. I had to explain that those at the other end could not hear her so she might want to walk down thrre. (One was 71 and one 84). She apparently also didn't actually write anything in order of our seating. That was evident when she got back. Our orders were all basic, nothing fancy or complicated. Wings, wraps and platters. When she brought the first round of food, it was clear she didn't know who got what, and, again, stood at the end of the table assuming everyone could hear her. Which, the other end could not. The half who got food started eating thinking that the 2 children and the 5 adults still waiting would get theirs shortly after. They did not. Half our table was almost done, needed refills and she'd not once come to check on us. So i got up to find her. Nowhere to be seen so i found a manager. She came with the rest of the food (again, not remembering who had what, or looking at her notes to see who had what). Then went and sat at the booth closest to the window/exit with (clearly) friends of hers and complained about us! Yes, I heard you. My husband, the 71 year old who ate late after half of us were done, left a 10% tip. And she went over to complain loudly to her friends again. (I'd taken the 84 year old to the bathroom and heard her when I got back) Yes Marissa. You were horrible. And, then treated us badly after crappy/no service. I'm only sorry I didn't tell your manager right then. We go regularly though so i will be sure to let everyone know.

    On yesterday our crew went to sit down for a meal after a long couple days of racing at Cecil race track. We live 9 hours aways. We ordered our food and a meal to go, we waited 1 hr and 15 to get our food! The to go order came out before any of our food. One of the parties asked for the to go order to be fresh, about time we eat and leave of course the to go order would have been cold. The manager said he will put the food in a warmer until we leave! The party stated I will hold the bag to make sure I get fresh food for my wife. The manager insisted he would get fresh food and snatched the bag out of the party hand The party stated a boss no snatching, the manager said I didn't snatch it turned around walked back to our table, walked up on the party as he was sitting in the chair and said is there a issue, the party stated if you want it to be. The manager immediately said you threatened me and I'm calling the police. Being a manager he should have said I didn't snatch it and I apologize if you think I did , not walk up on someone and ask if it's a issue after saying you didn't snatch the bag! 2 of our parties got no trespassing just because the manager told the police he was threatened. The food was food and nasty. Lizzy thanks for being a good waitress. She got her $100 tip and we got put out. That was the first and last time ever. On another note Warden won the race at Cecil County. We will be back in September for Bridge wars but I promise we will never come back. Out of all of us only 4 ppl ate they food so they gave a lil credit. Oh Police manager

    This is the best place in Newark Delaware. The guys lily and Tess(severs) are so kind. Highly recommended. I love this place.

    Ordered 3 boxes of wings last night was so disappointed. They were so dry and gross seemed like they were made day before and the tots were like biscuits. Terrible .
