    I truly don’t like leaving bad reviews but we did not have a great experience. Granted, our server was nice but our order was pretty much completely wrong. We even sent back the bowl of soup we ordered because we did not like it and a manager never stopped by. We had to ask for dough for our daughter up to 4 times before we got any and when we opened it you could tell the dough was old. We received the oil for dipping but never received any bread even though we were told there was some in the oven. We decided to come here for our daughter’s birthday because she wanted pizza and unfortunately we were very disappointed with our experience.

    I recently ate at Bertucci’s Brick Oven Pizza & Pasta, and I ordered the spaghetti with sautéed shrimp, capers, a hint of hot pepper, tomato cream sauce, and shaved cheese. It was absolutely delicious! The sauce was creamy and full of flavor, the shrimp were cooked perfectly, and the little hint of heat gave it just the right kick without being too spicy. Everything worked so well together, and I would definitely order it again.

    Ordered take out. Baked ziti I received was dry, no whipped ricotta and noodles were burnt to the bottom of the container as if it was overheated in a microwave. Chicken Parmesan was overcooked. Website wouldn't let me put my contact form through, telling me this location was invalid. Dessert was good but didn't make up for the disappointment in my dish that I was really hoping to enjoy. I spent $85 to be highly disappointed.

    Good caprese salad and spaghetti carbonara. Awesome 4 cheese ravioli with the pomodoro sauce, yum! Rolls were hot and tasty too. Really big portions, we had leftovers :) Mandy provided excellent and friendly service.

    We’ve been in Newark for about a year now and I was craving Mellow Mushroom (NOVA native). Google found Bertucci’s (flash back to my first serving gig in Tyson’s Corner, VA) and we found an awesome bartender in Raf-el. Granted, it was four on a Thursday but plenty of room in the parking lot/bar, food was hot and delicious (large pizza, he helped us whittle the list down to the right za, Bertucci’s app platter, Ceasear salad). We will definitely be back and earn a regulars title.
