We are on a never-ending quest for the perfect sandwich, starting with the Classic Roast Beef and French Dip to the deli-style Market Fresh line of sandwiches and salads.
Avoid this Arby's! Service is ridiculously slow and the manager/staff is incredibly unprofessional. I waited in line for 36 minutes to be treated like trash.

Adam at the drive thru was so pleasant and outgoing that I took the time out of my evening to make a google review.

I have been here before but this time makes me regret going and wasting $24 on food and so greasy it went through the bag plus it took 20 minutes in the drive-thru. Maybe its just this location but not going back to find out. Wish I went to McDonalds instead!

I ordered the half pound roast beef sandwich, but when I got home, what I had was probably a quarter pound at most... But my larger complaint is... Change your oil. We all know what overused oil smells like, and this is it. Rancid.

I just experienced one of the most baffling displays of poor management I’ve seen in a long time at this Arby’s. I placed an order, pulled up to the window, and attempted to pay with a $50 bill, legal U.S. currency, only to be told they don’t accept it. Not “we’re low on change,” not “we’re having an issue tonight”… just a flat-out refusal. The employee checked with the manager, and the manager doubled down and said no. Let that sink in!!! A business, built entirely around exchanging food for money, refused money. No attempt to solve the problem. No effort to accommodate. No leadership. Just “we’ll cancel your order,” as if turning away a paying customer is standard operating procedure. This isn’t about a $50 bill. It’s about a complete lack of basic business sense. Good management finds solutions.
Good management empowers employees. Good management understands that every customer interaction matters. What I witnessed was the opposite of all three. If this is store policy, it’s a failure at the ownership level. If it’s not, then it’s a failure in leadership at the store level. Either way, the result is the same. A customer ready to pay, turned away for no good reason. In a time where businesses fight for every dollar, this location is actively pushing them away. it’s astonishing. You don’t build a business by turning away people ready to pay. You don’t build loyalty by hiding behind weak decisions. You build it in moments exactly like this, and this location failed miserably.
And when a place starts rejecting money, it’s usually not the customer who walks away losing!!!
