    I will now be going out of my way to a different Dunkin. I’ve had ongoing issues with this location, but since it’s only two minutes from my house, I’ve always brushed it off—it’s just coffee, not a big deal. But today really crossed the line. I’m currently injured, so I sent my husband inside to order for me. He clearly read my order to the employee, and she still made it wrong, giving me an iced drink instead of a frozen. That mistake was not on him. When he politely asked her to fix it, she blamed him for the error and then made an unprofessional comment asking why I couldn’t just come in myself. That was completely unnecessary and disrespectful. Mistakes happen, and I understand that—but the way this was handled was unacceptable. The issue wasn’t just the wrong order, it was the attitude and lack of accountability. On top of that, my husband had to pay for another drink just so I could have what I originally ordered. I spend over $200 a month here—yes, I have a coffee habit—but as a regular customer, I expect better service than this. If the owners of this franchise want my business back, they should reach out and address this situation

    I love Dunkin. Great coffee made just the way I like it. A but expensive but worth it for good coffee on the go. I like it better than Starbucks.

    I've been going to this dunkin' donuts for 15 years. It has always been a pleasant atmosphere and very friendly. No tables, no indoor restrooms.
