- SHSusan HarrellAug 9, 20261.0My husband ordered food with a drink I come in and pick up his order I am said I’m picking up for Brandan first she hands me a DoorDash order with a letter B on it I said this is the wrong order so she gives me my husbands order and I put the bag down look inside to make sure the drink is not inside which it wasn’t so I called my husband and asked him what the drink was called , before that I told the lady at the counter I’m missing a drink so while he’s on speaker he said it 4 times and the lady is just giving me a blank stare not saying anything at all! I didn’t get the drink that was made with this purchase super ignorant I work in retail and this is not how you treat your customers!

Today they said they had no salsa. Saw there was salsa in the to-go order side and they refused to give me salsa from there. Then wouldn't give a receipt so I didnt have the order# to give a formal complaint. Absolute worst Chipotle I have ever been to!

So I bought to go and afraid the sour cream on top would stick to the cap and messy so ask to have it on the side instead and they charge me extra $1.6. Placed a mobile order, get there, tell me they don’t have my order, ignore the fact I said that, show them my receipt/time placed, which was 20 mins ago. Speak to the manager, he finds my order, doesn’t apologize, doesn’t offer anything for the huge delay, and doesn’t help his employee to prepare the order, instead he lets her do it all by herself when she’s already struggling to keep up with the orders. I asked for a free drink and gave his other employee an attitude for offering me a large drink, and instead said “give him the smaller one”. Needless to say, zero stars to the manager and client satisfaction. Everything was so disorganized! One star for the poor girl trying to do all the online orders by herself. Bad management! The manager was a Hispanic Puerto Rican male. I'll be writing to corporate.
