So I bought to go and afraid the sour cream on top would stick to the cap and messy so ask to have it on the side instead and they charge me extra $1.6. I have never eat in a place that charge extra for sour cream and if they ask me I would definite not buying it.

Placed a mobile order, get there, tell me they don’t have my order, ignore the fact I said that, show them my receipt/time placed, which was 20 mins ago. Speak to the manager, he finds my order, doesn’t apologize, doesn’t offer anything for the huge delay, and doesn’t help his employee to prepare the order, instead he lets her do it all by herself when she’s already struggling to keep up with the orders. I asked for a free drink and gave his other employee an attitude for offering me a large drink, and instead said “give him the smaller one”. Needless to say, zero stars to the manager and client satisfaction. Everything was so disorganized! One star for the poor girl trying to do all the online orders by herself. Bad management! The manager was a Hispanic Puerto Rican male. I'll be writing to corporate.
