After placing my order, I arrived to pick it up only to be told by a team member that they couldn't find my order and that it wasn't their problem. I had spent nearly $100 on breakfast sandwiches! While the manager attempted to resolve the issue, it ultimately wasn't helpful. An hour later, the owner called to apologize and requested feedback, promising rewards to make up for the situation, but that promise never materialized. This Chick-fil-A has been the worst I’ve ever encountered.
