  Curly fries at the drive thru were ice cold. They should be aware of that. Threw them out and wasted the money

  My son stopped and picked up lunch for us. I had a roast beef sandwich and a large black and white milkshake, he had a beef and cheddar with the same milkshake. We ate and it tasted good but then unfortunately both of us got sick. We could not stay away from the toilet. I won't ever eat here again, my stomach still hurts the next day.

  The customer service here was non existent. There were multiple employees working, they were not in the middle of a rush and not a single person acknowledged me, not even a welcome in but when the manager saw someone she knew she was acknowledged, and mind you this was all people of color and I’m white. had I been ordering instead of picking up an order I would have walked out. I only waited maybe 6 minutes which isn’t so bad but the fact a manager walked up with some boxes and saw me waiting then walked back to the back was irritating, the guy bagging food didn’t say a dang thing, I asked him if the order he put under pick up was for the name I had and I was still ignored. 0/10 experience I will not be picking up orders from here again.

  Very disrespectful to give me a cold brisket sandwich. Not cooked in store whatsoever. Just pure ignorance. Cold as an Italian sub. I will not be coming back. I pay too much money to be screwed over like that. Get some new employees as I definitely would not be sending my food back to any cook that would do this in the first place.. time is now, just left. Barely anyone even here. It's not that busy where you have to sacrifice giving people cold food. Whoever the cook is should be removed. If I so much as get a sniffle from eating this food I'm suing you.

  I think Arby's is a cut above other fast food. I love their potato cakes! I wish this Arby's had their orange-cream milkshakes, but alas, no.
