My pickup time was 7:12 PM, but they kept me waiting until 7:35 PM. During that time, I asked twice how much longer it would take, and both times I was told, “just a few more minutes.” Those were just delaying answers with no real information. There were several C1 students working inside. I understand that everyone has to learn, and I respect that. However, during the busiest hours of the day, I believe more experienced and professional employees should be handling order preparation. Delivery drivers are working too. Our time matters, and we are here to earn money. If two employees aren’t enough, then hire five. That’s not the driver’s responsibility. In the end, I had to cancel the order and leave without delivering it because no one could tell me how much longer it would take. After waiting about 25 minutes and still not getting a clear answer, I had no choice but to cancel. After waiting this long during the busiest dinner hours, it really makes you wonder what the point of accepting orders from this location is.
