  Placed an online order yesterday for 8pm was NEVER COMMUNICATED WITH that it was cancelled after returning two hours later because they were still 3 hours behind on pickups. I have yet to get my refund for my groceries they assured me I received yesterday. Overall the complete lack of communication was the kick in the butt because my family wasted a whole night waiting for your store to get their shit together. If you dont have managers to be able to keep things running smoothly during a busy vacation time, pickup should not be an option. Still waiting on my refund.

  Giving 2 stars only because the store itself is okay when you do your own shopping, but the online pickup service is an absolute zero. ​We placed an online pickup order for Saturday between 8:00–9:00 PM. Look, I get it—it's Saturday at the beach, and it's bound to be incredibly busy. But the total lack of communication here was unacceptable. When we arrived around 8:30 PM, it was a disaster; they were evidently still trying to fulfill 5:00 PM orders. They wouldn’t answer the phone, and no one would answer questions inside the store. The pickup staff were scattered around just talking to each other and ignoring customers. Eventually, we were told they just cancelled our order. An employee mentioned managers had quit the day before, but if you can't fulfill orders, don't take them in the first place. Any kind of text, email, or heads-up would have gone a long way, but instead, it was zero communication and a complete waste of our time.

  I’ve always been pleased with the Millville location. Recently my car was damaged by carts being handled by an employee who lost control of carts. The manager took pictures and understood my complaint. He forwarded my information, including pictures, to Dan in the corporate office. Dan has not responded to my eight phone calls. Corporate office needs to do a better job and my next step is to contact the State Insurance Commissioner,

  Missing several items from my online order, which made for an extra trip to the store after arriving home. They refunded the missing items, but it was still frustrating.

  Coming from PA we have Giant Eagle Grocery Store. I didn’t see a single eagle inside this store… so I’d say your name fits
