  Absolute worst Papa John’s I have ever had the displeasure doing business with. The food is always poorly prepared, they are always out of half their stuff but don’t remove it from their menu when you order. They cancelled my first order because they didn’t have stuffed crust, so I order a large half pepperoni with an extra garlic dipping cup and when I go to pick it up the most hateful employee I’ve ever met hands me two medium pizza boxes and says they have no garlic cups they’ve been refunded. I say I ordered a large not two mediums and he tells me they don’t have large boxes either, so he put half the pizza into two medium boxes. How embarrassing. Who is running this branch? It honestly needs to be shut down. Between the terrible food, mismanagement, and terrible staff I have no idea how they even stay open. I have only had bad experiences and I will never make the mistake of ordering here again.

  This branch employees have huge attitude problems and their way to even prepare pizzas is negative. I will make sure I call the corporate and get this branch closed once and for all. To begin with the customer service- they have zero etiquette to even take an order or help resolve an issue. There was a bite taken when I opened the pizza box and when I called to complain, they said bring it back to us. When I went there to show the proof, the guy who prepared started blabbing and didn't let us talk to the cashier. Just to cover up he started arguing with me! They literally ate the pizza and gave it to me!! I have lost trust in papa John's and I do not recommend anyone coming here.

  My review isn’t meant to discredit the 1 employee actually working. I placed a small order on their app and the sent it via door dash. The order wasn’t as expected. So I called the store to inquire what happened. Apparently the new owners are so cheap they have a single person working on his own all night. Only delivering items through DoorDash which will obviously be cold. Working one person (mind you a person with autism) to this extent is not only abusive but entirely unlawlful. This entire franchise needs investigated, this behavior from the business owner is disgusting. I will never order from Papa John’s again, but I’ll be playing to attention over the next few weeks to make sure this man is treated fairly.

  Service is horrible. Wether its online or carryout. Everything seems rushed.
