    I usually love Arby’s but this was a terrible experience. The woman that took my order was borderline rude. She acted like I was bothering her. Then when I got my order there were maybe 5 cold fries, a sandwich that was thrown together with most of the cheese on the wrapper, the bun was on one side. It was a mess. But what makes me the angriest was no napkins. The experience sucked.

    Food was cold. Got the 7.99 box orders 3 of them all were wrong potatoes. . Yeah everything cold 🥶.

    lousy attention. Inside the restaurant, I was waiting and no one settles down to ask to order. They care about their talk with each other. Bad experience
