  For the second time in a row, I ordered delivery from this location. For the second time in a row, they have failed to include all the items in my order. This time, it was ALL of my drinks and the most expensive items that I paid for. When I called, they were polite, but either unwilling or unable to help.

  The cheesesteak should be called a gristle steak. Unacceptable for the price that you charge for that.

  first of all nobody greeted me nor acknowledged me, customer service horrible, when I ordered my turkey bacon rancher it had hair in, which the staff should have BY THE RULES hair nets on and the beards also should be covered, the tables were messy and seemed like nobody thought to clean them, when I told them about my sandwich I received not only a attitude but no care to exchange my sandwich for a new one, after having to prove it wasn't my hair was I finally given a new one after I then left, I used to love coming in and ordering my sandwich’s for me and my kids but it seems as though the hospitality has changed given i had never been treated like this before, I am not sure if it’s because there is a new boss or something but let it be known I will never come back to this Arby’s.

  Please please please do not eat here for the love of god. I have heard things in the past about health rating fails but that they got better. I got a double roast beef sandwich last night and immediately a few hours later had the most severe stomach cramps of my life. Today I woke up with a fever, chills, extreme nausea and stomach cramps. It’s so bad I’ve had to call out of work tomorrow. So unless you want food poisoning and want to play with your well being please just go to the chick fil a across the street.

  Just went through the drive-thru tonight around 9:40 PM. The hours posted say they’re open until 11:00 PM, but no one answered the speaker at first. We asked if they were still open, and the employee taking the order responded, “Gimme a minute.” There were no cars in line and the restaurant wasn’t busy. The employee accidentally left his headset on, so we could hear him huffing and puffing the entire time while we were waiting. When we finally ordered, they were out of nearly everything we asked for—even something as basic as curly fries. After every item we tried to order, we were met with, “Will that complete it?” despite them repeatedly telling us they didn’t have what we wanted. This was some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. If this location really stops serving food before 10:00 PM, then update the hours and close the drive-thru. But if you’re advertising that you’re open until 11:00 PM, customers should be able to order food without feeling like they’re inconveniencing the staff just for showing up during your posted business hours.
