I ordered a pizza at 11:36 pm before the cutoff time. The GM called me back and said that they ran out of cheese and couldn’t make my pizza. I ordered wings as well. He cancelled the whole order because I asked his name. He refused to give his name and said that it doesn’t matter because the complaint comes to him anyway. Then he proceeded to say that he didn’t have time to make my order and he cancelled it because he doesn’t want to do it. I wasn’t rude nor did I yell unlike the GM who represents this establishment.

Very disappointed with my experience at Papa John's. I placed an order for a pan pizza, a personal pizza, and wings, and ended up waiting over an hour for food that should have been much quicker to prepare. There was little communication about the delay, and the wait time was completely unacceptable for such a small order. Customer service and timeliness are important, and unfortunately this experience fell far below expectations. I hope improvements are made so future customers don't have to deal with the same frustration.

I ordered **three medium pizzas**, but what showed up looked more like **three personal pan pizzas with large pizza prices**. For what these cost, I expected actual medium-sized pizzas, not pizzas that could fit comfortably on a lunch tray.
The sizes are honestly shocking. These "mediums" appear to have been measured using hopes and dreams. One pizza looks like it got into a fight on the way over, another is oddly shaped like someone free-handed a circle, and the third seems like it gave up halfway through becoming a pizza.
Then we have the condiments. One box was completely missing the garlic sauce and pepper, and another box did include garlic sauce… except it had exploded and turned into a full-blown garlic crime scene. Nothing says "enjoy your meal" quite like opening the box to find your dipping sauce has already dipped itself.
The pizza itself is edible, and the cheese and pepperoni taste fine, but presentation, accuracy, and portion size matter. When you pay **large pizza prices**, you expect medium pizzas with all the included items—not personal pans, missing condiments, and busted garlic sauce.
Overall, I ordered dinner and received an episode of **"Pizza: Expectation vs. Reality."** I laughed because I had to, but spending this kind of money on what looked like personal pan pizzas and a garlic sauce explosion was pretty disappointing. 🍕🧄😅
