  Me and my wife ordered a pizza and some wings, delivered was, under the circumstances fast enough and the pizza heats good. Here’s the problem the delivery guys dropped the wings in our front door making a mess not eh side walk, grass and entrance. We really don’t cry about this because things happen but then, the problem got worse, driver was asked to bring another one he said I’ll try and to call the store. 1. Took for ever to get someone to pick up the phone and then took too long to get a manager on the line. 2. First delivery was 25 mi. The second one according to the rep, it would be 45min at least. This is not customer service., this is a mistake on your end, I’ve been in the food industry before, you get that driver to take those wings asap. At then end of the night, I didn’t eat spent the night cleaning the front of the house and got the money back, I want to be clear on that. But customer service skills needs to be improved big time. This is in fact the last time I order from this place. Thank you

  I just placed a order for two pizzas sent my son to pick it up my ham and pineapple pizza apple pizza has so much sauce that I pick up piece and all my topping fell off

  This store has went so far down hill. They are extremely slow. The last 2 times I’ve ordered they’ve had 1 associate working which isn’t fair to the associate or the customer. I ordered 2 pizzas. One is 1/3 is the thickness of the others. The “cheese” pizza doesn’t even look like normal cheese. It’s a deep orange. Just very disappointing. I’ve always loved papa John’s but I won’t be going back or at least not back to the Milford.
