Horrible customer service. Only person in the store. Stood for 5 minutes waiting to order with 4 people in the back staring at me

Terrible service, I ordered over 20 minutes ahead of time on the app and still waiting 30 minutes upon arriving.

while making an order off there website for delivery we didn’t receive two items of our order and when while going to see if they could at least help up with remaking it or giving us a refund they said they couldn’t do it and then going to the restaurant and letting them know what happened and what’s going on the manager on duty said that they was nothing can be done and to ask to speak to the general manager only to be said “ manager is strict” and was not able to talk to anyone . management needs to be inspected or at least a reason why it couldn’t been remade or refunded.
