  while making an order off there website for delivery we didn’t receive two items of our order and when while going to see if they could at least help up with remaking it or giving us a refund they said they couldn’t do it and then going to the restaurant and letting them know what happened and what’s going on the manager on duty said that they was nothing can be done and to ask to speak to the general manager only to be said “ manager is strict” and was not able to talk to anyone . management needs to be inspected or at least a reason why it couldn’t been remade or refunded.

  I just recently made an order from this wingstop and my good was stolen. It is company policy that if food is stolen they issue a refund or remake the order, none of that happened. They were very rude and nasty on the phone and upon arriving at the wingstop i brought along two employees from different stores to back up my claim and they still upright refused to just re make my order. and claimed that they were not allowed to which is a lie and I did not receive any help.

  The food was ok just cold. But they forgot 3 items from my meal and 1 I paid extra for I will not be coming back

  After a frustrating experience yesterday, I wanted to come back and leave a review. The issue I had was mainly related to the online ordering system, which was stressful and caused some confusion creating a long wait that resulted in me not receiving my food, but I don’t blame the employees for that. I decided to give this Wingstop location another chance today, and I’m glad I did. Everything went smoothly, my order was prepared correctly, and the employees were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the visit. The difference from yesterday was night and day. I appreciate the team for turning things around and providing a great customer experience today. Everyone has an off day, and it’s important to recognize when a business makes things right. Thank you to the staff for the excellent service.

  What I don’t understand is why some people apply for a job and then get mad that they actually have to do it. I won’t be returning to this place for that exact reason. There’s no excuse for such horrible customer service. I understand that customers aren’t always easy or even kind but not everyone who walks through your doors is difficult.At the end of the day, you chose to apply for a customer-facing job. Treat people with respect and professionalism, regardless of your mood. Please do better.
