  I have to say Primo's hoagies are the best in the area. Meat is sliced very thin like it should be, everything is fresh. If you go get the Italian best hoagie in town.

  Zero stars. Terrible. Ordered online at 4pm for a 5:15 pick up. Walked in the door at 5:15 on the dot and waited for a total of 20min while others came in and picked up their orders. 6 people working and not friendly. Slow. And when asked about when my order will be ready the manager yelled and said I’ve only been waiting for 12 minutes. Said she could refund me, all she had to do was apologize for the wait. But instead was extremely rude. When I left to get in to my car the staff looked thru the window like they wanted to fight. It was atrocious. And the sandwiches are subpar and the rolls are as hard as a rock! . This location gives the brand a bad name.

  The sandwiches here are by far the best in Middletown. The rolls are phenomenal, the ingredients are fresh and the quality can't be beat. The staff is friendly and courteous. I highly recommend. My husband loves the Soprano and I love the cheese hoagie. The Cooper cheese is delicious and adds a different flavor than most hoagies.

  Staff is very friendly! It was my first time here & they definitely helped me figure out what I would enjoy. Food was delicious and fresh. Definitely would recommend if you're tired of wawa and jersey mikes. Love it!!!!
